Donald Trump Claims Joe Biden Has Been Diagnosed with Dementia

After the White House announced President Joe Biden tested positive for Covid-19 for a second time former President Donald Trump claimed Biden was actually diagnosed with dementia. 

Trump made the claims on his Truth social network.
