Highland Shooter Threatened to Kill His Family

Two years before Robert Crimo III open fired on the Highland, Ill 4th of July parade with a high powered rifle, killing 7 and wounding dozens of others, Highland police were called to his home and confiscated 16 knives, a dagger and a sword after he threatened to kill his whole family. 

The knives were confiscated but officers did not arrest the suspect because no complaint was made by the alleged victims.
