Donald Trump Wishes Ashlii Babbit Happy Birthday

Five people were killed during the January 6th uprising on Capitol Hill, including former Marine Ashlii Babbitt who was shot by Capitol Police as she attempted to climb through a broken window to reach the Senate floor which had been locked down following the mob breach of the Capitol. 

Donald Trump wishes Ashlii a happy birthday, despite being at least partly responsible for her death...

On January 6, 2020 Donald Trump urged Ashii and thousands of others in attendance at his 'Stop the Steal' rally on the ellipse to march to the Capitol and 'fight like hell' to stop the certification of votes after telling them the presidential election had been stolen. None the less Trump sent warm regards to Ashlii's family on her birthday. 

Former President Trump spoke at the Ashli Babbitt birthday commemoration via pre-recorded video: "Her memory will live on in our hearts for all time."
